APEX ER · 24/7 EMERGENCY ROOM
A freestanding emergency room built around one idea: that people in an emergency should be seen quickly, by a physician, with everything needed to treat them already in the building.
ABOUT APEX ER
The difference matters more than most people realise. An urgent care handles minor problems during set hours and sends anything serious elsewhere. An emergency room is equipped and staffed to handle what is actually serious, at any hour, and to keep treating you rather than redirecting you.
Apex ER is a freestanding emergency room. That means full emergency capability, including imaging and laboratory on site, without the scale and the wait that come with a hospital emergency department.
Every visit is handled by a board-certified emergency physician who is here in the building, working, for the whole of their shift.
WHAT WE TREAT
If it feels like an emergency, it is worth having looked at. These are the reasons people come to us most often.
Chest pain and pressure assessed immediately, with an EKG and cardiac testing on site.
Appendicitis, gallbladder, kidney stones and the causes that need imaging to tell apart.
Shortness of breath, asthma, pneumonia and respiratory infections.
Fractures, dislocations and sprains, with X-ray and splinting in the same visit.
Lacerations closed properly, plus burns, puncture wounds and foreign bodies.
Concussion assessment and CT imaging when a head injury needs ruling out.
High fever, flu, strep, urinary infections and anything that is not settling.
Paediatric emergency care for every age, from infants upward.
Severe reactions and anaphylaxis treated without delay.
Full imaging on site, so a scan does not mean a second trip somewhere else.
Bloodwork and rapid testing run here, with results during your visit.
Dehydration, severe vomiting and anything that needs fluids or medication by IV.
WHAT TO EXPECT
No appointment, no referral and no waiting room queue system to navigate. Tell us what is wrong and we begin.
You are assessed by a board-certified emergency physician, not triaged and left.
Imaging and bloodwork run here, results read here, and treatment started before you leave.
Four things that change what an emergency visit feels like.
Twenty four hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays.
An emergency physician is on site and working, not on call from elsewhere.
Walk in whenever you need to. There is nothing to book and nothing to arrange first.
Imaging and laboratory on site, so testing and treatment happen in one visit.
INSURANCE AND BILLING
We welcome all private insurance plans.
Bring your insurance card and a photo ID if you have them to hand. If you do not, come anyway. Nobody is turned away from an emergency because of paperwork, and the details can be sorted out afterwards.
